I have ordered 2 items of amount Rs.994 /- which already paid from amazon on January 3, 2020. Amazon showing that order is delivered on Jan, 8. but it is not delivered till now.
I enquired that same chatting with amazon customer care. But amazon is telling that return window period is over. we can’t do anything.
I need to know what happened to my product and how Amazon is updating the status without delivering the product.
Please review and try to resolve and teach them a lesson if it is happening with me, probably others might be treated same which is not good.
