Hello.
I ordered a jacket HOP Kids by Westside Red Corduroy Hoodie Jacket on 11 December 2023 from Tata Cliq.
The order id is Order id is 129672043.
Transaction ID is 100001040504448
The package was received on 14 December 2023. When the package was opened, the jacket ordered was not there. Instead 2 completely soiled, used and torned cloths were in it. i am attaching the pictured also for your reference.
I raised a return request immediately but that did not matched the quality checks as the product was not same.
Further i also raised the issue by mailing them on csmanagement@tatacliq.com. (ticket number with the reference ID 14442187). To which they have declined any refund or replacement. Here is their final response.
“As discussed over the call, we have confirmed that the correct product “HOP Kids by Westside Red Corduroy Hoodie Jacket” was delivered to you under the order ID: 129594705 . Hence, the claim for the wrong product received stands declined.
Further, as correct and complete information is provided, hence we are marking this case as resolved and closed in our records. ”
I requested them to share detail of investigation done by them in this regard. They declined any sharing of information.
I have been defrauded by the company. Please help me get the refund or replacement.
