I’ve ordered for 5 Tshirts through only brands website for which I’ve received confirmation email and received details from faction hut. I made the payment of Rs 1199/- on Cash on delivery. As I opened the package the product I’ve received is torn and damaged two pieces of shirts. When I tried to return there is some error, when I tried to call the number on the website is wrong and the email Id doesn’t exist.
