I have booked cinema tickets (03 tickets myself, wife & 03 yr son) for Adipurush in V Celluloids Lakshmi Complex< Prakasam road, Ganganamma Peta, Tenali, Andhra Pradesh. Total cost of tickets are Rs.1100. Due to my son's specific food requirements based on health conditions, his mother prepared home made food and kept outside of the theatre. After 30mins-50mins, My son wanted go for washroom and wanted to eat some food, which prepared by his mother. I took him to washroom and then he cried a lot to give some water and home prepared food. So, I took my stuff bag and trying to feed him at the lounge (Outside the theatre) . All of sudden all cinema staff (03-05 members) reached me by shouting that you should not give food to baby, not even water/drink. I told them that I am not eating, it is for my 03 year old son, who is crying a lot. Whole cinema theatre staff argued with me and not allowed my son eat or drink. Even they said that you can go outside of cinema premises and eat/drink there. Then after, Yo can enter the cinema theatre again. I have again informed them that I am not violating your cinema rules, it is truly not accepted, if i eat/drink by me. But, it is for 03 year old boy, who likes to eat home prepared food and as a parents, we are also wants to feed him home food only. I have followed cinema theatre rules, but, they do not allowed my son to eat/drink one drop of it. It is truly not accepted and i never seen such rules & regulations any where in india, where, 03 year babies stopped to eat home prepared food outside the theatre, (not inside the theatre). Cinema staff really does not have kind heart with 03 year toddlers. There is no question of kindness, humanity towards humans and their behavior towards 03year boy not at all acceptable. Now, I want a justice to my quality time of spending time with family, money and after effects totally disturbed me that in which society, we are living and there is no question of humanity towards humans, at least on 03years babies. I want true and pure justice of my concern, due to this reason, i wanted to file a complaint in this forum, for displaying humanity by each and every responsible citizens.
