Dear Customer Care Manager,
I would like to inform you that since day before yesterday my vodafone no. 9999465955 is not working. Upon calling the customer care and visiting the Green park store, i got to know that you have terminated my services stating that I was not using this number.
Kindly note that i have been using this number from last 10 years and it will be extremely difficult for me if you terminate this number without my information or without a valid reason. I was in utter disbelief that you could terminate my number stating such an unprofessional reason. I would request you to kindly check how many times i have got this number recharged in the last 10 years which will give you a picture how important this number is to me.
Moreover, when i asked the store manager to register a complaint then she told me that she cant issue a complaint number for this matter. How is it even possible?
However, she gave me a new sim and told me that i would get an activation call. Neither i received any activation call nor that sim started working. Then called your customer care number and your executive told me that i should rather visit the vodafone store instead of calling customer care number.
Now, my number is not working, I don’t even have a complaint number and I dont know what to do. Kindly clear my vision and let me know when and how my number will get activated?
I request you to please look into the matter and get it sorted ASAP.
