Too much delay in delivery and denial for cancellation of order

Text of Complaint by Indu verma:

I had placed one order for hydrabadi biryani on 07-11-2021 at 10.12p.m. for Rs.641/-. When I placed the order, the delivery tine for my order showed 45minutes i.e it must reach by 10.45 p.m.But, later on after 25 minutes I called Biryani by kilo to enquire about the delivery of my order, they told me that my order will be dispatched by 11.00 p.m and will be delivered to me by 11.15p.m.

But, at 11.00 p.m. when I did not receieved any calls from Biryani by kilo I agan called them and asked for the delivery as it was already too much late.

The person told me that your order is in process and will be despatched shortly. Then, after waiting soo long and receiving silly answers from Biryani by kilo, I told them to cancel my order and refund the amount. But, they refused straightly to cancel my order saying “food will be wasted, we dont care about your money” and cut the call.

This kind of misguidance and misconduct from Biryani by kilo is totally intolerable.

Kindly look into this matter and refund my money at the earliest.
