odays i ordered kaju mango barfi by zomato with order number 4646736011 on dated 02.02.2023 but the received item is stale and unhygenic. this is acetic in taste or trat. i am talking with the agent on chat or call but he is behaving in very bad way. and not resolving my issues. and i was saying that send your agent in my house and receive this product and check through lab testing and then you got that this is really stale food, but he is behaving me with very bad manner and tell me to talk with resturent. but i am telling him that its your responsibility to talk to them bcz i was paying you not to that resturent so. kindly refund me. but he drop my call with the word that i am discuss with the officials then after send me the messeges that unable to process refund. next time i am trying to deliver best serives and also chat is blocked. for your kind information few day ago zomato was delivered me stale food . i was complaining that product with order number 4586456673 dated 5 january 2023 by purchaging with 902.75 rs but after complaint only refund 112.21 rs . then after i was traying several time to contact but they blocked me.
once again today he behaving in very bad manner and blocked me . now i am suffering with loose motion and retching . so plz refund my money with a big penalty and bare me compensation.
