Dear sir

I canceled two railway tickets on 14 September 2020 on irctc.
1. PNR 2758457473 cancelation/refund id 100000444367600 Amount 2265.
2. PNR 6542566128 cancelation /refund id 100000444360950 Amount 9765
IRCTC refund status shows that Amounts are sent to bank via zaakpay payment gateway. But it is not refunded yet while 9-10 days are already gone.

So please help me to refund the amounts immediately.
