i booked flight ticket through Paytm,bt unfortunately airlines cancel the flight nd said they refund full amount ,when I contact to airlines they said to contact the pytm bcs i booked ticket through Paytm nd they given remarks to Paytm to initiate full refund bt 8 days were passed I call every day to customer support of the Paytm bt they never responded . Kindly pls take action against paytm to initiate my refund or given to apologise
