I recharged my mobile number 9172672296 with ₹ 110.During the process of recharge the ‘my offer’ section in paytm as well as airtel store and *121*51# was showing the offer, full talk time of 110 on ₹110.But on recharge I got only 90₹ .I want my remaining 20₹ in my balance now.
