I have taken a subscription for 20 litre water bottles scheduled to be delivered on every Thursday. The second delivery should have happened on 19th January (Thursday). For which I had to follow-up continuously to get it delivered on 24th January (Tuesday).
To my surprise I have received a message on 27th January (Friday) that your order has been delivered. This order was never delivered. Then I raised this complaint on 28th January (Saturday).
I was not worried till yesterday till I received a call from Number (9773693099). The person was adamant saying illogical and unreasonable things.
He was not willing to understand and when I told that “I believe I made a mistake in taking the services from Bisleri” He told “you better correct the mistake going forward” which indirectly means “Don’t order from Bisleri again”. This is a regular practice followed as I have not received a single order on time.
And this time it was ridiculous and preposterous that without delivering the order, the status has been changed to delivered and then arguing with the customer on phone after few days. That’s by I am compelled to escalate this issue. If need arises it may be escalated further.
This is not the first incidence I have raised these concern multiple times through multiple ways however there is a very bleak response (mail attached for previous cases also)
Now yesterday also that is on 03 Feb 2023 in night around 11pm, again I receives a message saying order delivered which has never been delivered.
