I booked a bus ticket 8 days ago and, based on the cancellation policy, I could cancel the ticket up to 12 hours before the departure time. I tried to cancel the ticket one day before the departure, but I did not receive any response, and my ticket was not canceled. I reached out to the support team via email and phone, but nobody responded.
