On cancelling of waitlisted/non confirmed tickets (Tatkal or normal), hefty amount is charged by irctc. For 2nd AC, on recent cancellation nearly Rs.90 was charged. When the ticket was not confirmed and auto cancelled, why do the and for what convenience are they charging such hefty amount.
