Hello Sir/Madam,
I canceled one ticket in IRCTC PNR no 6422104812 on 26th Jan 2019. Thought it is showing amount has been refunded but actually it is not credited to bank account.
Repeatedly I am dropping e-mails to care@irctc.co.in but with updated bank account statement but IRCTC is not heeding to my concern. Please look into the issue.
