Subject: Complaint Regarding Incorrect and Faulty Item Received – Invoice #2025-460834968
Dear Street Fusion Team,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent order with Invoice Number #2025-460834968, placed on May 1, 2025. As per the invoice, I ordered a Polo T-Shirt for Men (Pack of 4) for ₹999.
However, I was surprised and disappointed to receive a faulty jeans pant instead of the polo t-shirts I had ordered. This is not only the wrong item but also in unacceptable condition, which does not meet the quality standards expected.
I kindly request that you:
Arrange a pickup or return process for the incorrect and faulty item received.
Send me the correct item as per my original order — the Polo T-Shirt Pack of 4 — or issue a full refund.
Please treat this matter as urgent and provide a resolution at the earliest. I have attached the invoice for your reference and can also share photographs of the item received if required.
