Text of Complaint by Vijayraj Meena:

I’m extremely frustrated that my withdrawal request has been pending for over 10 days. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to support, they are just giving false statements for not giving my withdrawals . I urge you to prioritize my request. Withdrawal date – 30April, 2025 today 10 May,2025 it’s 10 days now.

They’re falsely claiming that I’m only allowed to play 7 matches a day, but this limit isn’t mentioned anywhere in the app. Based on this false claim, they’ve held up 2 of my withdrawals for 10 days and also imposed a 0withdrawal penalty.
