Dear sir/madam,
I had received a call from a person with number [+917486049366] who explained me about online captcha entry job by I.Q.Solutions, Gujarat on 7th Nov, 2020. She told me that I need to fill 10000 captcha entries in 10 days without registration fees and the correct entry will be awarded Rs.3 each which makes 30000/- in 10 days if 90% accuracy is achieved. She also told that an amount of Rs.6900/- will be deducted as a part of the registration process when I received 30000/-. They took my driving licence and sent me a copy of agreement which included computer generated signature. Then another lady called and inquired me whether I’m interested in that work or not to which I’ve agreed as I’m in search of a part-time job.
Everything is fine when I started working but their helpline number was not reachable after 2 working days and the portal on which I was working was showing that multiple logins are not allowed which is an impossible errors because I haven’t shared the id and password with anyone and not even login from any other phone or laptop or PC . Today i.e., 25th November 2020 I received a call from Ashok S Desai with number 099095 68288 who was speaking from I.Q. Solution, Gujarat and threatened me that they are filing a legal case if I don’t pay them the amount of rupees 6,900 and then I have to pay 1.5 lacs approximately in the court. Then again I received another call from number +919724900879 the person on the other side told me that he is from the legal team of I.Q. Solutions, Gujarat and they have issued a legal notice against me and told me that they are sending a hard copy of the legal notice saying that I have to show-up in the court with my lawyer within two days for paying the penalty of rupees approximately 1.5lacs, to my present address which is mentioned in my driving licence. I have received a text from number 53288873 which says “Mr/Ms.Komal Ram Kumar,This is to inform you that your internal case id (8945643) has been listed on 25/11/2020 for
Legal proceedings. Kindly call on 9909568288 for further details.” Now when I am searching for the company I’ve known that it is a fake one which lure people and blackmail for big amounts of money saying that a case had filed and legal action should be taken. Being a student who’s is in need of part-time jobs, I’ve fallen for this trap without knowledge. I don’t know how to escape and I’m scared too that they might miss use my driving licence and my personal details on it and phone number.
Please guide me how can I escape from this.
