I have purchased Thomson LED TV from Flipkart. Taken extended warranty from jeeves Consumer. My TV unit have issue of back light panel. I have sent an email to Jeeves care in May-23 and they have responded me in Jul-23. After that Jeeves care have collected my TV unit from my home from repair, even after a month collected they are not returned my TV unit and not even responding to return. I have sent lot of email and contacted Jeeves care but every time they are told that your TV will reached at your home in 2 days. Every time they are giving 2 days time and then till date, I have not received my TV yet. Also my TV get repaired completed on 15 Aug, 2023 as I have received SMS also but they are not giving my TV back to me. I am suffering from since last 3 months but nobody is responding. Jeeves care is also told me that if you not received your TV you can take legal action. Means, they are not afraid of to do fraud with people like this and my full TV unit taken for repair and not returned back.
Please help in this and take strict action on this so other people will not suffer like me in future.
