1. Ordered three shirts of different patterns but delivered two different shirts, which were in very dirty conditions and looked like they were used by someone.
2. The mode of payment was COD and paid Rs. 649.00

What was the reason for delivering dirty/used shirts? In their home page, the cost of three shirts was 3999.00 but on discount Rs. 599.00 + GST. Whose mistake is this. If they do not like to deliver quality shirts for discount rate that’s fine, but do not cheat the customers. The delivered shirts were in a very scary condition. This is negligence to the core.
This is really terrible, that too in a pandemic situation.
