hi team,

Please do the needful here.
I ordered 2 Biba products from amazon on 14 Oct 2022 from Amazon shopping app and once I received the products there was some issue with the received item.

I got partial dress(only top I received and not the bottom and duppata).
I returned it as it is with proper comment and products were picked up.

now when I am contacting amazon on initiating refund for those products they are saying I returned incoreect items and they will not provide any refund.

which is not at all acceptable.
total amount is 15318 INR.

I have been contacting them regularly from past 15 days after products had been picked up but dint get proper respond and today they sent mail on not providing any refund.

this is my hard earned money and I cant let it go because of false allegations on me.

I returned in as it is condition as I received.
they are simply putting false blame on me and not initiating refund of 15318 INR.

please do the proper justice with me and investigate it.
This is kind of mental harassment for me now and suffering a lot.
