Hello,
I raised a complaint regarding a wire work on my jio fibre on 1st may 2025, since then i have been calling everyday on jio as no technician visit has been done and the complaint gets closed on its own. I didn’t even get a single call from the technician and the complaint gets closed automatically.
Now, because of this issue my CCTV cameras are not working as there is no internet connection available.
Yesterday there was a theft done from my godown ( where my jio connection is located ) , and I don’t even have a CCTV recording because of the carelessness from your end.
As I’m writing this email I have a service request number SR00002DQ01Z scheduled for right now I.E. 18/05/2025 and I was promised an update by 15:14. Still there is no update for the same.
I have attached the necessary screenshots for the same in this email.
If this issue is fixable in the next 48 hours then it’s okay or else it’s a humble request please disconnect this connection ASAP and give me my refund ASAP.
This has become a serious problem now and I have never faced any issue like this with any other company. I have lost all faith in JIO after this, never expecting a delay of 18 days straight to resolve this minor issue.
This has been a very bad experience for the first time and I have been connected with Jio for a very long time. Never once have I faced an issue like this.
