I had recently disconnected my ACT Broadband connection in Chennai as I have moved to my hometown Kanyakumari. After disconnection ,761 Rupees was the account Balance for my connection Id. I have requested ACT Customer care for refunding 761 Rupees, but ACT says that there is no refund option for account balance but Credit transfer can be done to other ACT connections. I don’t have anyone in my friends circle using ACT connection for Credit Transfer. Kindly Request you to check with ACT Broadband and initiate the refund for 761 Rupees.
