I ordered the food from Zomato ( Uraban Grills Restaurant – Bangalore ) at 2:55 and the delivery time was 3:30 but the food hasn’t been delivered yet ( 4:30 PM ). When I am reaching Zomato Valet Ramegowda ( Zomato valet ) his phone is switched off and when I am trying to call on the zomato customer care number, their number is not in service. So after so long, I was able to chat with one of the zomato customer care executive. When I asked him for the compensation – he denied and as per the zomato rule, once order is placed, it is non-refundable.
