I have ordered food from Zomato app through online payment. Zomato has deducted money through online mode. I have waited for more than 2 Hours and continuously trying my best to contact Zomato helpline.But no response from Zomato and no one is picked up call and there is no option to cancel my order through app.It is very disgraceful and not at all professional behaviour from Zomato’s end.So, i just want to lodge a complaint against such kind of fraud app owners to teach them a lesson, so that people in near future will not suffer due to such unprofessional behaviour from a renowned app like Zomato.
