Text of Complaint by Bhavisha:

I have install tata sky before 13 month,

In my warranty period (1 year), i have to ask for technician so many times, then last month again in the middle of a social event, my TV off, because of weak signal, i have to book a technician, he charges 150 rs. And warranty period is 1 month for it.

In just 10th day again i saw same message in my tv, luckily i am having 21 days of warranty period, but what else after this

It seems that i have to recharge for 300 (as per plan i chooses) and 150 rs for technician every month. Plus i am a working person, have to take leave from my job for technician visit i have to take half day off as my work is far from home, charges me 500 (my company cut my salary for half day).

Total – 300+150+500 = 950 Every month.

 

Should tata sky worth for 950 every month?

 

Really a pathetic experience.

Every time call tata sky, customer care say sorry n sorry again, they have no solution for this, and cut the call in middle. Than again call another CC explain everything. We have no other work to do.

Someone gave me changes place of tata sky umbrella, i asked CC team, they said u have to pay for this. They said you should have asked technician at the time of installment that where u want to place this. If u want to change than u have to pay.

I had paid 2500 at the time of installations. I am really frustrated from this type of fraud they are doing. And disappointed their customers.

I just wish to taken my complaint seriously and punish this type of Fraudery. This should not be done. An average middle class family can’t afford 950 rs per month on DTH recharge.

 

Also customer care department have no idea about it. They stuck us in middle way and than cut the call. Where is now _ consumer is the king scenario?
