on 29 march around 11 pm I got a message from “AD-IPAYTM” that I have made sucessful payment of RS 349.oo at Reliance jio. And the order id was BROOOOXPJDOT.
And I was not even holding my mobile phone in my hand at that time.
After this I asked them to either return my money or give me the detalis of that order which I have placed. Didn’t got any response.
After this I lodged complaint in Consumer Affair of india. they asked me to write back to them with the docket id : 676656 and tell them that I will file case against you if money is not refunded and yet not received any response from them
