Text of Complaint by Surya Pratap sengar:

I did a payment on 14 th march at 8:47 pm but payment was failed at that time but after 2 days on 16 march at 2:35 payment has done automatically and i did not receive any message about payment after all of that happening i have checked my phone toady and i have seen my history and i got that payment has automatic done by Paytm after that i have called to paytm support and i talk him but he said i can’t help you and you go to receiver and ask him to payment back i went to receiver and receiver has denied to give me money back again i have called to paytm support and he said to me that he can’t help me so what can we do to my money back.
