They disconnected my prepaid number because they wanted re KYC done for it.
They sent me 3 messages, 1 each on 23,24 and 25th aug intimating me to submit my kyc in a store.
Then on 25th they disconnected my number.
During this period, my wife was admitted in the hospital for 4 days, from 23rd to 27th.
How can they disconnect my number in just 3 days. I now live in pune, I had taken this number 10yrs back in mumbai. Pune Airtel store are saying that the number has been deleted and I will have to go to mumbai.
So I spent Rs. 4500 and went to mumbai for a day. The Airtel store in mumbai said that it will take a week to fix it and I will have to come to the store again twice in that week.
It is not possible for me to stay in mumbai as I have no relatives there plus take leaves from work for a week for a fault of Airtel.
I also can’t afford to stay in hotel for one week in mumbai
