Dear Concern,

I would like to file a complaint against Paytm, always I pays my electric bill online this time I paid with Paytm, my Bill was of Rs 12601 while paying I clicked to pay as all details were saved instantly paytm redirected to HDFC card and an OTP came for authentication by the time I can open and read it Paytm auto read it and the otp gets processed and debited extra Rs 224 as convience charges, I feel big fraud they had started to cheat customers in the way of payment of their bill as convenience charges, pls look into it. These type of frauds should be stopped instantly or else many people like me sould been fooled. Pls look into this matter at earliest.
