I tried to book 5 movie tickets on 04 Jan ..I tried multiple times..but every time booking goes failed..after many attempt I thought that booking is confirmed because the money is debited my account …but few minutes later when I checked on Paytm wallet ..I saw they refunded the amount after deduct 300 rs..I raised the complaint on same time but I not received any positive reply from their end..pls help me
