Text of Complaint by Himanshu Chaudhary:

I made an order through zomato on 01/01/2019 for a Domino’s pizza.Since the restraunt was not able to deliver on my location,they called and cancelled the order.

After knowing this I immediately contacted zomato representative to ask about refund.

They told me that I should wait for 48 hrs and after that someone from Domino’s will contact me.

I didn’t receive any communication from them even after 48 hrs.So ,I contacted zomato representatives again.This time,though,they are directly asking me to contact Domino’s even though the order was paid through zomato app.
