I have order some food online using swiggy and paid the amount online using google pay. They delivered the food like we are not human being, we are some animals. I have ordered chicken changezi and mutton curry both the packaging is open and mixed with each other in a plastic polybag. I call the customer care and complain about it and asking for the resolution past 2 hour but they are not listing apart from that if I asked to transfer the call to the senior person. They continuosly saying senior person is not available they are treating us like we are beggars. I am asking for replacement and refund they are denying to do for us. I am attached all the pictures of food with this complaint.
