Text of Complaint by Akash Singh:

On 24th of Nov I had sent money to wrong upi address through “Rent Via Credit card”.Tried contacting on the same day but the representative addresed the “Rent Via Credit Card” team would call you in next 24 hours. I called the Paytm Customer support for 2nd time after 8days they again addresed within 24hours I’ll be getting a call from team. The ticket is raised under high priority but still there is no response from paytm team.
