respected sir,

on 28 september 2018 i apply for mnp of my number from jio prepaid to vodafone postpaid and sim got activated on 4 october 2018 but one service amazon prime which was provided as a complimentary with postpaid sim of vodafone is not inservice i tried alot many times but failed again and again then i contacted to costumer executive service of vodafone but they only assured me to wait 24 hour and i wait for more than 48 hour but still my service was inactivate and again and again they are only ‘giving time to wait  and doing noting else also they behave very rudely and they misbehave . i m frustrated with the way vodafone company is treating with thier costumer and its been more than 4 days i have waited but still i didnt get any justification from them
