While booking the cab, the amount was shown as Rs. 246 – 276 but while paying the bill the amount increased up to Rs. 324. The driver increased the charges without consent. After registering complaint to Ola, they marked it as resolved immediately without investigation. The driver should be penalised for increasing the charges and Ola platform should be penalised for not false information, exploitation of customer, non responsive customer service.
