So start with, I saw the advertising of The Style Studios on Instagram. It looked good. the products seemed to be good and the prizes were cheap.

So I thought to buy 3 shirts for 1099Rs. I ordered. After 2-3 days I got a call from the company to confirm on the order. I confirmed. After confirming, I got a call in 2-3 days from Ekart delivery services asking for the address to deliver the product. Before I told them the address, they said there have been cases where the customer has not got the proper product, hence request you to confirm if you want the product. I said yes, I want the product. Later in the day, a person from Ekart came and delivered the product. Once I paid and collected the product, I opened it and was shocked to see that they had sent some cheap quality cloth which you get on road side(atleast they dont cheat and the quality will be better than the one I received). And to my surprise it was not the color shirts I had ordered. They had sent some random color shirts. So, I thought I would call the customer care and ask for refund. To my surprise, there is not customer care number or website where I can complain.

So I request the Consumer Complaint Board to take necessary action on The Style Studios and arrange a refund.
