Text of Complaint by Ron Chiu:

I ordered the product (GBP 48.99), the company cancelled my order automatically. When I inquired the details and cancelled the order by email many times, they said that the refund takes 7-15 working days, It’s been over 15 days. Additionaly, there is no any contact no. and the exact company address on the website; therefore I cannot find them. Eventually, they stopped responding to my email and there was no refund.
