Text of Complaint by Sanskriti Vats:

I received the lehenga I bought for ₹1800 and it was of such cheap quality…..and now I can’t return …I can only return it if it’s defective and I myself have to courier it…this is not fair….fraud company…..I am not going to recommend it to anyone ever..

  1. Worst shopping experience. I ordered a sharara suit and I received a defective piece with inappropriate size. I mailed several times and even texted in the given whatsapp numbers but they did not come up with any response. When I wrote to them to know about the return procedure before Diwali, the replied that they would inform me after the Diwali holidays are over. But after Diwali I came to know that return is applicable within 7 days of receiving my order. And because of their Diwali holidays and their “no response” policy after it I had already passed 10 days. So return is no longer applicable, which I presumed to be a very well conceived plan on the part of Vastraqueen. Thank you Vastraqueen for your incompetency and extremely poor after sales service and customer service.
