I ordered pet food last month and paid them around 7K. Right from day 3 i started to follow up on WhatsApp but they said it’s in transit. Even after a week i got the same response. I ringed up to the courier partner and later i realised that they didn’t even receive the order from the pet care. I went ahead and raised a grievance complaint through umang portal and attached required evidences. Now he came back and wanted to delete my posts and complaint so that I receive my refund. I clearly understood it’s a scam again and asked him to refund first. He is also threatening that he ll send fraud emails about me to my organization. Guys don’t fear for anything, just go ahead and raise complaint so that atleast we can stop new customers from getting cheated .
