Text of Complaint by Greenij Jaiswal:

I ordered a McDonald’s burger from Swiggy’s platform, I was charged Rs 70 more for Expedited Delivery.

I can understand it was raining which delayed the order but if the order was to be delayed then why was I charged extra for delivery.

Not only this, no restaurant charges for packaging, nor does Swiggy do special packaging, then why I was charged for packaging separately.

The food charges are Rs 540, platform charges Rs 2, delivery partner charges Rs 127, packing charges Rs 37 and taxes Rs 28.85. Overall I got a bill of Rs 735. According to me order packaging charge and 100 rupees delivery charge are taken more than above and due to mistake of swiggy my food is also spoiled and if they could not deliver order quickly then why they charged me more and if my food It has become wet so why was I taken separately to pack the food.
