I have placed an order in swiggy for amount 672 rupees and I suddenly got busy for 3 minutes , mean while they called me and as i could not answer them in that time , they just cancelled my order and charged me full amount , infact the order was delayed too . Also the place and exact location is mentioned , so he can deliver directly if the call was not taken.Even the customer care and the executives of swiggy are not even responding to me and they are not even assisting .order id: #114081178373
