I Gokul sundar, has placed two orders at food@fingers in Anna Nagar Chennai. The order was Kerala fried chicken and I received a message saying that the delivery guy tried contacting you and you were not available to receive and I have contacted the delivery guy and he said that the delivery was declined and he has returned to the restaurant how could that happen… I am here by attaching screen shot of me calling the delivery guy and my private phone log screen shot of me not receiving any calls from your delivery guy or your service team about my order and I waited for an hour and I have also contacted the restaurant to cancel my second order soon as it was placed through my mobile as it was already late and they said they can’t cancel and I messaged in your app and you have also told that you guys can’t cancel with a change in policy why the hell are you guys there then… screen shot with the contact number is me calling the delivery guy as soon as I receive the msg from your side…. And the second screen shot is of me receiving msg from your side saying I was not reachable that’s for my first order and I have contacted the restaurant to cancel the order and that screen shot and of me messaging you guys also for cancellations have been added to the screen shot. I have been messaging to cancel from the time order has been placed and you could not cancel I want a refund for both my orders not this aloan I’m having lots of trouble with your app
