1. I ordered food from Zomato on 7-Sep-2021
2. The food delivered was stale and had foul smell and not fit for eating
3. I immediately raised complaint with Zomato to apprise them of the situation and asked them to return the substandard food and refund my money.
But there was no response from them. They only evaded their responsibilities and told that it is not their concern.
Complaint
In the scenario of such pandemic, if I had eaten that stale food and contracted some disease, who would have been responsible for that?
I had paid to get some service from Zomato, but when there is no service given , how can they take my money just like that.
I have kept the food in the fridge in case food inspector need to do some inspection
I expect proper compensation to my ordeal of last night where I was not able to order anything after that.

I received a food from raju Gari biryani from Hyderabad madhapur one piece is good in chicken joint biryani but the another is foul smell and I am getting ? vomiting. The zomato is worst
