I had placed an order through meesho, the bill for which was 1164. However at the time of delivery the delivery personnel showed us a bill from their side to be of 2328. Since I wasn’t present at the time of receiving this product, the person who did so paid the extra amount. Upon reaching home I got to know of the situation. Their actual printed invoice was inside of the packaging, which showed 1164.
Upon contacting the delivery boy they told me that the bill they have is of 2328 and asked me to talk to meesho. Upon talking to meesho, they said you should’ve checked our bill at the time of delivery and refused to help. However at the time of delivery, we were shown a different bill.
Understanding that since it’s a delivery partner issued by them they should be clear with the bills. I have no problem with the product, i just want my extra amt refunded.
