I had booked two tickets 29 June 2023,bus timing is 30 June 2023 11am from Agra to Gurugram I had time and date clear h or vo in the booked ticket of my bus, but today I waited for my bus at the location But the bus did not come, then I called the customer support, then I came to know that my bus was at 6.30 in the morning, but I have not received any information or any message or mail and the customer support people tell me that I have checked the bus. I have done it and while I did not do any checkin and I did not know about the time change of the bus, I kept waiting for the bus according to the information given by Neogo Bus but the bus did not come, after that I contacted customer support After talking, information was given about the time change of the bus at 3 pm, by the time the bus had reached Gurugram, I and my family were troubled for the whole day, so who is responsible for it and what is the scene of the ticket I had paid online While I could not travel today because of your poor service
