This is with respect to an order placed on Paytm Mall.
I had placed an order of Bukkl Trouser Size 32 through paytm mall. The order was placed on 24th November, 2018 and the same was delivered on 29th November, 2018.
The issue with product is the size which is not at all fitting me although i wear 32 size trouser and jeans.
When trying to return the product, i am not able to select any option, it seems as if options are freezed which does not allow the customer to return the product.
I want the team to resolve the issue as soon as possible and allow me to return the product.
I hope my issue would be resolved without any hassle.
Kindly treat this as complaint until resolved
