Text of Complaint by Pushpinder singh:

On the date 19 june 2022 time 8.13 pm i was trying to pay money on a medical shop the amount was 2000 and i could not pay because of bank servers were down so i tried again after some time i saw three option for paying amount it was paytm postpaid , paytm wallet and my bank account so i decided to pay it with postpaid i clicked and transaction was successful but medical’s acount did not received money we they asked me with what i paid money i said postpaid they said it is not acceptable on our account so we did not received money my question is how can paytm give me option for paying from postpaid if they don’t accept it till now it shows me successful transaction but they didn’t receive money i talked to paytm castomer care they said we can not help you with paytm postpaid they told me to go to option of 24×7. And talk you paytm personal accistance and in that option i just get only 2 option that is. ( I want to know more about paytm postpaid ).
Second is. ( I could not active paytm postpaid )
