I ordered food and the observed that the delivery partner was stuck at a point. While I called him, he told he is getting his battery fixed. As a result the delivery got detailed by 30 minutes. While taking to the customer care I had asked for compensation for which they refused initially and were threatening me that cancellation will lead to penalty charge. As a compensation they have just provided free delivery for next order. This is the worst company to order from. Due to their technical issues, I had to eat cold and soggy food.
