I have order a 64 gb Sand disk pendrive but i am not satisfied with that product so i apply for return and replacement but when i received a call from paytm side to regarding retun and replacement query then a lady maidam is talking with me and she said that i didn’t replace or return your product.
and according to return and replacement policy we can return or replace any item which i ordered with in 7 days and my item which i want to return is less than seven days so why i didnt replace and return that item?
So Regarding this I want to Fill a Complaint against Paytm Mall & take a strict action against Paytm Mall
