I have paid through UPI Transaction ID 300868693922 for Rs 2707 to PARCIT AUTOCRAZY PRIVATE LIMITED against Order placed through GoMechanic app for spares, Order ID: GMDXC723305 date: 8th January 2023 payment released on 9th January 2023. Out of 5 spares parts ordered, 3 spare parts were cancelled by them ( 1. Part No. 550051523 – Shell Engine Oil – Rs 2016.00, 2. Part No. 2865Eli99 – Purolator Air Filter – Rs 200 and 3. Part No. 130800l99 – Purolator Oil Filter – Rs 191). After several phonecalls to the Customer Support and emails to sparessupport@gomechanic.in, the refund is not yet initiated. As per their company’s declaration on Return and Refund Policy – they stated “Your refund amount will get credited to the original payment source within 3-5 business days we receive and check the items”. The products were never dispatched so there is no question of receiving and checking of the items, moreover when I called them and asked about the status of delivery on 16th and 17th Jan 2023, they marked them as Cancelled/ Return to Origin.
Please help me in getting the refund from the Limited Company.
